I got invoice for postage costs yesterday, Parcel arrived this morning! Only a single model. Maybe bigger parcels take a bit longer.

I had a job lot turn up today from Vectis and the packing was useless, plastic and metal models altogether. Some of the plastic ones obviously got broken, that’s 3 times now from them. Would not mind if it was cheap but it was quite expensive.

What is the resolve in a situation like that? Do they refund the auction price?

Mine was extremely well packed. Everything individually wrapped and padded. Box, inserts, & model. You could have had a kick about with the parcel and not damaged anything. If you're not happy, don't accept a pointless apology, push for a refund. You will get it if you push for it.
