Several copies on the shelves of our local WH Smith this morning. As it’s an undated issue, I think it is intended to be around for a while. The pictures are good so I’d say it’s worth seeking out.

Having one sent to me in the US..... not sure why they couldn't just print more...?
I understand the realities may make that easier said than done.
But I am looking forward to it.

This may sound a little controversial but I have to say i was very disappointed with it. No information that I didn’t already know and a few images of mainly common Superfast models. It could have been so much more as a celebration of 50 years definitely an opportunity lost in my opinion. Sadly I would have left it on the shelf if I had not preordered it for home delivery. Sorry if you are still waiting for your own copy, this is only my opinion I am sure many will disagree with me. It will certainly appeal to beginners to the world of Superfast, but for me nope, Hey ho!

For those who like Alex feel a little let down by this magazine, there will be a follow up to mark 60 years and it will be more of a book production than a simple magazine of which there will always be a limit to the page count, so maybe the next installment will be more comprehensive.

My own view is that no reference media is listed such as any Matchbox books or internet sites used for research and this should be adressed I feel.

Kevin can you give an update here as soon as that is released so that I will be in time to ask my UK friends to obtain a copy.

I agree with most of this, though I do think the pictures are good. We could definitely do something more comprehensive and informative ourselves, but it's a huge amount of work!

Hi All, Very disappointed with the mag, a lot of money £7.99 especially when all the pages go wrinkly no pictures of any rare ones. The price guide is far too small & laid out wrong. I recommend to all our new members check on Vectis passed auctions Pete.

The price guide is 20 years out of date and full of errors. Anyone who relies on Ramsay’s price guide giving an accurate price guide is a fool.

Would be nice to own one example regardless the lack of pictures. Unfortunately my main source (eBay) says round about 32 GBP incl. shipping to Germany. This is way to high.
