Still not a fully systematic survey, but the following can be added:

24A Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow (metallic red)
27B Lamborghini Countach (yellow)
31C Caravan (blue door)
40C Corvette T-Roof
46C Ford Tractor (metallic lime)
47B Beach Hopper
73A Mercury Commuter (red)

The latter two were listed by Charlie Mack, but I have never seen examples of those with silver-grey bases myself.

You might add the 67C Datsun 260 Z in all silver-grey as well if you want to include models with MB Int'l baseplates (but still made in England).

Thanks Christian,
for adding the pictures. My favorite is the #14 Iso. The silver layer of the # 29 Mini looks very thin. Looks as thin as the layer of the # 5 Lotus I own.

I have the models added. I have a question about the # 24 RR, do you mean the grey base, or is there a silver painted base, Christian?
I didn't add the silver based Datsun # 67 because of the lack of "Lesney" although it is a lovely model.

On the MB 24-A (24c) Rolls-Royce, silver-grey is the colour on top in this picture:

Grey is similar to charcoal, but a little lighter. I have yet to take a comparison shot of grey and charcoal bases on the Rolls-Royce, but these are the same base colours on the MB 45-A (45c) Ford Group Six (together with gloss black):

Anyway this is how I have these colours catalogued at present. I always attempt to assign the same names to the same colours across all models, but it is not easy and takes quite a bit of effort to achieve total consistency.

Thanks for clearing this, so I'll add this silver based RR to the list.
I have to check what base on the RR I have.
Sven ;)

Nice Iso, Alex.

Look at the Vectis auction at 26th.
If you want to get a SF 9 Ford Escort with rare silver painted base, there is your chance. Unfortunately I have been outbid.
Let's see which price it will reach.
