Thanks for the additional information. I have watched this Seller for many years and bought a couple pieces. I thought he was legitimate and has listed some very hard to find models that yield quite high prices.
I believe the 22b cream Vauxhall shown in your photo has metal wheels— very hard to find. Believe he sold a few months ago.... plus a red 45a Victor in very clean condition.
