I received the book today (actually two copies, one for a friend) and I can't say enough how wonderful this reference work is. Congratulations to Alex, Bob, and everyone involved with this project as it is truly a work to be proud of.

If anyone is into Yesteryears, get a copy of this book before they are sold out ! Worth every penny!

super that you have it now Bob, let us know if you find any issues not covered in the book as Alex and the team are working on an English update of the bigger book.

This has been produced as a suppliment to the earlier book
Does that mean that it is not a stand-alone publication, that it can only be used in conjunction with the earlier volume?

No. It's a guide to the 1956-1972 production models and their associated boxes and works perfectly well as a stand alone volume as I'm sure those that have it will verify.
The Big Book is much broader in scope. The translation into English of that 600 page (approx) volume has stalled at the moment.
