There's one on EBay (it's a live auction, so I won't link) with the stud but without the tow guide. I expect it won't take long to find the rivet - tow guide version.

Thanks - that's great! Now we just need to see the rivet - tow guide version. I think there's also supposed to be an early or prepro version without rivet or stud.
