It's funny because it's true. I don't know if anyone has noticed (or even if it's noticeable), I'm trying to mellow out and be a kinder - more gentle Tinman than I've been in the past years (or the past forever).

Well I noticed Joe, but I kinda have a weird 6th sense that tunes into the subtle nuance of things. While change can be a challenge sometimes, the rewards that change brings are often quite worthwhile .
