I had 2 or 3 ebay conversations with ebay. They couldn't tell me what the customs issue was either and were surprised it had happen as they prepay any customs costs. So the item gets "liquidated" by ebay, hopefully it gets donated to someone rather then destroyed. It was just a tin toy of a drummer boy btw!!!

If I have to buy an item using the GSP, I reduce my feedback one level, so what would have been positive becomes neutral and what would have been neutral becomes negative. I always make ensure that I measure the GSP as the reason for my dissatisfaction.
