I have a few of these type of boxes tucked away somewhere. Like Gavin says, I've never seen any here in New Zealand. I picked them up on visits to Germany when living in England.
I have a poster that shows all the different types of boxes too. It would be interesting to see if has Motorman's box on it as I don't recall seeing that one before.

Yes like you i acquired some of mine on visits to Germany but others i have found here at toyfairs.

I would very much like to see if possible some pics. of the poster

It's the only box of this type for the #45 that I have seen Steve, I would be interested to see if it is on the poster you refer too. I consider this to be quite a rare box, it would be interesting to see if any other members have one.

Alex what does the box show the Bemmer doing is it a jump or wheelie.

Won't do the suspension much good when it lands better have tow truck handy.

I know mate utterly mental but for me it makes for a very interesting box, what a wacky idea having BMW doing a ramp jump.

I have some of my box's with the vehicle being shown will take a look
tomorrow and see whether any are unusual in any way.

No need for a tow truck, the car has superfast wheels and suspension! It says so in the adds.
Should absorb the shock and carry on driving for years.
