The seller does have some real nice stuff but too much of it is very rare pieces, no one can find that many gems.

Yes maybe Jason does find a lot of rare stuff and a lot of unrecorded stuff that's true, but if it was all boxed and in mint condition wouldn't we suspicious of Jason too.

I know who he is, his previous scams for the last 20 years, where he lives and other details about him. He works only with members of his family and/or alone. Every collector in Florida, that I know (and I know a bunch of them from Jacksonville to Miami), loaths this man.

This guy is not only a fraudster but also a flat out thief.. I bought two tankers from him a while back with the offer option, he first accepted my offer but then started bitching about it (Probably thought it over and changed his mind).. Anyway he sent a static USPS tracking number but never sent them and claimed the parcel returned to him.. USPS did not recognize the tracking number and said he never delivered to them.. Got a full refund from ebay.

Before ebay clamped down on shipping, he would often use the fake tracking number routine and never mail out the item. The buyer was given the old "too bad, so sad" your item was lost in shipping excuse and Beach kept the model and your money!
