Spec-T is not a brand name I remember from my youth, and I have therefore always assumed these to be US promotionals - a conclusion reinforced by the blister packaging, something which I never, ever saw in the UK during the RW era.

I would suspect that these promotional blisters are pretty rare given that the main reason they were bought was to get some cough lozenges and the toy to cheer up the sick child. They would have been ripped open quickly I would think. :D
