That is a plastic copy made in Hong Kong. It has been shown on a few occasions before.

That's the 'GORDY MITE' Jumbo Series Auto transporter, #710 from 1968.

Jim,

thanks for letting me visit your toy garage this year, it has been such a pleasure - I was like in a toy heaven!!
Literally tons of toys cars everywhere, and on every shelf, in every corner, and in all the display cases you would find some unexpected or never seen before items....
