Hello all,
Have just acquired a Custom Painted OOO RF bus Painted Dark Green over Factory Green Bus. It has Decaled Yellow Lettering "LONDON TRANSPORT".
It has Black Painted details and Off-White Window Trim. It has White Metal Axeled Wheels. Wheels are Painted Black, Hubs are Painted Dark Green.
I know that it is not as not as nice as the Factory Paints, but it is a very good representation of the Real Bus!

Given the size of that bus, that's a stunning repaint/customisation!

I like this sort of modelling and thank you Alan for showing it here.
I wonder how many others exist in repainted form as these must have been purchased for a number of 000 scale (N scale forerunner), based model layouts.

That's nice
I'm not really into busses but do appreciate the detailing that some can achieve especially on something so small

Hello All,
If anyone is interested, the person responsible for the Custom Dark Green OOO RF Bus has a pair listed on Ebay.
Search for "Lone Star OOO Trains"
I have no affiliation, just passing on the info.

That Lone Star RF looks very nice in its green London Transport livery.
It was a very nice model, especially considering its diminutive size. I'm sure someone made a whitemetal copy of it a few years ago.

You would not think they could be such small models from that picture.
