a) with decal location guides (typically with decals)
b) without decal location guides (only 3 dots on the left side, typically with labes)

The two photographs appear to show that the "No. 15" decal comes in white and gold, or is that the result of ageing or camera flash?

Good spotted Hugh, I have overlooked it. The label is yellow.

thanks Antonin...i lack the models to know what variations are what...hard to tell from ebay pictures...as when i first started checking these the other day
Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Hi Antonin,
Thanks for the informative posting. I will certainly be checking my collection of K15. FE as I am certain that I will find some of these variations that I was no aware of. This model was also produced with superfast wheels including the 2 versions of the MX a
series.
