Now that is a nice sight on a Sunday morning when I am looking around the forum first thing. Great line up Ritchie and a couple of hard to find versions in there. Its nice to see a complete set coded against Nick's listing, but the listing needs readjusting to put the Silver-Grey models at the beginning...

Code 8 should be 1,
Code 7 should be 2.

...and then the others need sorting out to follow in the right order.

That's how I have always had my examples from studying casting faults and surface abrasions, so my own listing starts like this...

'MY' #1, Satin Silver-Grey body, Black wheels, thin front bumper, thin rear bumper, Ivory seats.
'MY' #1A, Gloss Silver-Grey body, Black wheels, thin front bumper, thin rear bumper, Ivory seats.
'MY' #1B, Gloss Silver-Grey body, Black wheels, thin front bumper thin rear bumper, Cream seats.
'MY' #1C, Gloss Silver-Grey body, Silver-Grey wheels, thin front bumper, thin rear bumper, Cream seats.
'MY' #2, Gloss Tan body, Silver-Grey wheels.
'MY' #2A, Gloss Tan body, Grey wheels.

...and so and so on for 13 versions.

Wow 13 versions! So that's how your guru listing differs from any professional listing. Very impressive, though it creates a headache for me

It was important to get the bumper versions in the right order. Nick does not mention the thin and thick bumpers. For clarity on my own versions listing I classed the rear bumper with the brace as thick.

This brace has been added to bridge the area where the base clip (tongue) passes into the rear section of the body and Nick uses the term 'Recess' for this area (with or without Recess), so the model with the recess is 'MY' thin rear bumper.

The front bumper is actually a modified casting. Where the back of the bumper contacts the panel below the headlamps, it does not touch the Air-vents, this is 'MY' thin bumper. On later versions this does touch the Air-vents (and no this is not tool ware), so this I class as a thick bumper.

All Silver-Grey versions have the thin front and rear bumpers. My last 4 versions have the thick front bumper. My last 2 versions have the thick rear bumper and my very last version has the Two blocks cast behind the front bumper.
