The only flat green ones with thin wheels I have seen have been prepro issues.

Very nice indeed - I suspect this is a baseplate leftover from the trial run of emerald enamel cars that was used up later - wont ever be many of these to find

Thanks to everyone for the comments, just goes to show what is out there. I did not expect to find one of these with narrow wheels, I really like this model a lot and cannot buy enough of them. Still lots of variations to find on this one for me. Happy hunting. J
