no the fire engine has all hollow wheels , its just missing the silver foil on 1 wheel ,
how would they mix the wheels up with the caravan , i have seen some old photos of the old matchbox factory & they had some large tubs filled with wheels ,
could some old stock just got chucked in with a diffirent type of wheel ..

That is a good one, must have been tight during the fitment of the axle into the baseplate, so must have been machine-fed, or else a Human would surely have done something about it...!

Would this be classed as an 'oops' or is offset hot foil quite common on superfasts.
