Mr Marshall seems to be finding all these Open Toes without any sweat...hmmm....any handy tips?

George, i also check out the e bay listing for open toe versions. The big problem i find is that it can be very difficult to see if there is a groove on the toe or not without asking for more detailed images. I bought one recently having looked at the images in the listing as i was convinced it was an open toe version only to find it was the grovved toe when it arrived. This is not a simple task!

It's strange with these, on some photos you can see whether the toe is open or not straight away and on others it can be very deceiving. I've looked at lots and seen something interesting only to be foiled when I zoom in very close. Even then it's not always clear.

I have found it by looking at the model when the cab is on the right and at an angle, then you can see the ridge of the solid toe quite clearly.
As you are looking at the toe end from behind. But it can be deceiving if you look at the model straight on.
As the photos below show the model facing right.
The Grooved Toe model.
The Solid Toe model as you can see the toe ridge quite clearly at this angle.
