Bronze Muira beats both gold and yellow for my money! I prefer red or black seats over ivory anyday. While red is the correct colour for Ferraris I actually like the green best although the 2 colour trials known, light metallic blue with red seats and metallic light brown with ivory seats are less attractive.
The 2 rare colour combos I most wish had made it into mass production is 1st : the pale grey with red interior 24c Rolls as appears in the corner of a range photo in the 1st collector catalog to feature this new casting and 2nd : the SF46 MB300SE in Pontiac GP purple as we saw on a colour trial recently here

Pale grey with red int. on the rolls sounds dreamy for sure!
That same combo I saw a fella do a custom of on the #69 Rolls looked amazing. And thin wheels to boot. Some may have seen it on ebay.

The deepest darkest #22 purple I much prefer over the lighter purple.
Would LOVE to see what that Mercedes looks light and in which shade.
Could you sport me a linc to that thread please SMS?

Thanks for the Mr. Motorman!

There's been a red one for a while on ebay from a German guy. Nice looking too imo.

Re: Look!...Medium Bronze to You!

Well the little critter finally wondered into my mail box.
The picture didn't lie, it is bronze, but it's the lighter shade - which I didn't have.
Looks exactly like the 2nd darkest car two of you gents have shown.
So I guess it's still a win.

Thanks again for everyone's helpful fotos and thoughts on the matter!

Yes, maybe it's not what you were hoping for Dave but it's still a win if it fills a gap, providing the price was ok. Photos can be very deceiving sometimes, if I spot something unusual in a lisiting I usually check the sellers other items to see if there's a pattern to the way the colours come out in their pictures. The hunt goes on! :D

 Oh!
Never thought of looking at different auction pix from the same seller. Great tip John!
I do however compare colors in the same pic if there's more than one car.

The price was pretty good considering the new variation and a complete SF-4 Double Loop Race Set....
...so stop on over anytime and we'll play cars!

Be Well,
Dave

Holy smokes, I just noticed something.
Just now got around to studying the dark blue Iso Grifo that came in this set, and it's the light blue interior variation I didn't have yet either.
Plus...it's blue candy coat is lighter than any of my others.
Perhaps a small victory, but a fun surprise!
