I often wonder just how model designers find out about these models, or how 'well in' they are with real manufacturers. In this case Guy Motors only ever produced this long nose Warrior for the South African market. Every where else got the cabover truck like the kingsize transporter.
Another example of this is the Matchbox #17 Leyland Titan, which was only ever a concept. By the time the real one was produced it was the Volvo Olympian.

The #17 Titan did actually make it in to production, London had nearly all of them, with others going to Reading, West Midlands PTE and Greater Manchester PTE. I think the West Midlands examples ended up in either London or Reading, and when London Buses was split up, the big groups like Stagecoach used them all over the country, mostly as schoolbuses. The Olympian started off as a Bristol product, becoming Leyland by the time it went into production, which lasted for a good number of years before becoming Volvo. The most 'prototype' Matchbox bus is the Royal Tiger coach, that was either a one off, or very small production run. Not sure who by - maybe Mulliner?
