Nice to see some of you 'older' folk starting to appreciate some of the more modern models :lol:

It is a nice model though, and I especially like the red & white one with 'Champion' livery.

I remember as a kid I had a few of them and they look very nice displayed. what kind of bases is there on these Shockwave?

Production started around 1984, so earliest cars should have Macau bases I think, before switching to China, then Thailand. I'll confirm later at home though. Link to Christians page. Should help.
