Does a John Carpenter movie circa 1983 based on a book written by Stephen King ring a bell as to the seller?
Don't dare mention her name here please!!
I just checked the sellers past IDs and you guys are right, it is her. I'm sure it's a fake and she never could spot a pig in a poke (or a fake in her hand). Someone should let her know she's selling a fake model. Ghosty, I wouldn't buy anything from this person regardless of how good a deal you got, she's been caught dirty dealing and lying several times.
She changes her name with every season and it's nice to know what her latest ID is.

Since we now know who it is, I can confirm she's for sure a "bad seller!"

We have all dealt with this obnoxious Seller, she is not worth the bother to contact about this FAKE. How could anyone be so stupid as to not question the problems with this Bus and expose them to us as Tinman has. I had watched a couple of her Items 2 weeks ago that were legit, but now knowing her past I.D.s makes me a bit ill that I may have even bid on them.......Thanks for the warning, listing, and the new E Bay name being outed here Joe.....kwakers

Well Ghosty, on my same colour model the axles are both peened on the same side, and as for the colour being in doubt that could be just the way he has taken the picture, it can be that he used a flash, were as when I take my pictures I never use the flash so the colours are always true to the model colour.

I agree that it's difficult to make a judgement on the color via online photos. Also true that axles don't go in a set direction every time (can vary with the installer). However, IMHO, this is too new a model to have axle ends that are so far from being normal. The marks on the axle ends are not consistant with Lesney tooling.
PS. George, it's a "she" and not a "he." But "it" fits better than either LOL.

'Axle-Ends'
Thank's Kerbside, I did say..."does happen, but not a lot on this colour version".

I'm wondering is this model was previously sold in
this auction. The seller was
extremely evasive when I tried to pin him/her down on the exact colour, refusing to give me a straight answer as to whether the colour in the photographs matched that of the model in the hand.

She couldn't tell the truth if her life depended upon it.

This was the negative feedback that was left by the buyer - "be FALSE-RESTORED, seller not reply for, very bad seller, will do return for"

No it's not! now that I've had time to have a proper look, i see that one has open axles and the other closed.
Still, it's odd that two coaches with similar, non-standard paintwork should turn up within a few weeks of each other. Do you suppose someone is manufacturing them?
