I too regards points by numi as valid, many years ago I did the 1st floor front of a house with timber shiplap boarding, the painters had already primed it and undercoated it
They glossed it in the late afternoon, that night it was cold and very misty, when they looked at it the next morning, it was flat not a hint of the gloss paint they had applied the day before, food for thought?
