Yes, it seems to be the same one, certainly the "INDEX" plate is the same, is it yours zBret ?
I'm only guessing, but I think it is a just a little bit bigger than my Rolls.

heck no Ghosty..the only Scenic Cruiser that I own is a 66c

LOL if your talking about my 66c its amber windows and no spokes ( regular wheels)
My bike is 36 spokes on each wheel for a grand total of 72, no windows, its a bugs in the face ride
While primarily I use my bike as grocery getter and as to and from transport to school for my 8 year old daughter . I also make the rounds with it on big trash day, when people put out larger items for pick up. Here's a couple pics of one of my hauls. I have since renovated this free-find, into a display cabinet for my 1-75 collection.

LOL I guess why this style of bike is know as a " long-tail" cargo bike.
There are companies that manufacture and sell them ( so i guess they are road legal) they cost a pretty penny though,
which is why I went the DIY route and made this one myself, from a two old bikes and some bits, that I had laying about.
It rides very well actually. I'm so used to it, that now when I am on my "normal" bike, it, seems very short to me.
