It is OK. Standard gap, no infill.

Hi Jason, do you have the open hole by code 2? I have the question to code 1. Does your brace small round or oblong cross-section?

My open hole model is a code 1 with an oblong flat brace.

I have code 1 with closed hole. I have open/closed hole by code 2. It seems that former code 1 should be changed to code 1 and 2, and former code 2 should be changed to 3 and 4.
