YOUR WHOLE COLLECTION WOULD BE BRANDED AS BEING TAINTED WITH FAKES . YOU POOR PEOPLE .I WOULD BE GETTING EXPERT OPINIONS ON YOUR MODELS IF I WHERE YOU .
Almost nobody here has bought got any models from Harvey, daft prices on all except this 23c after glazing drilled out !!!
I know you are the most unlucky seller this forum has encountered,a few members have tried to acquire cars from you but in cases they have been paid for but never been delivered.

I have been very Happy with Moko and his delivery on a very rare model I bought from him Mick. Sometimes delays are part of life as with dealing with a snail paced collector like myself. You waited 6 months, who would not lose faith? You shared your joys here after being so patient on our swap, so we both smiled. Grievances are loud and clear here at the Forum, but once cleared up, sometimes no one learns the final outcome. Take for instance Numi's public note to me about the shipping of her models. I/We have never had her share her joy with receiving them, most in their Seller's original packing. I have no interest in anyone else's property. I/We don't have a clue yet from either her or Dad on their safe arrival..........We best stay out of these murky waters Mick because delays turn into accusations, etc......Gary is Super in my book and a valued member here that I respect. I should add the same for you Mick so that there is no question....
The point on the 43 was not to change topic Moko, but to show that Hardy has brought us many unknown legitimate casting variations just like that one. He is now involved publicly with no disclosure on Tim's Caravan glaze re-appearing in a stock Mint casting. I hate it, but he owns the fake to sell, and it has ruined him in my humble opinion. kwakers

I have no desire to change the point of this thread but if we are going off topic with regards to Mr. Moko and his dealings, perhaps he would like to publicly state why after 2 years I am still lacking the green hillman I sent him on loan (at his request) as well as the other items (to include a worn Beales Bealsons truck) we had agreed upon in exchange for the package I sent him? Much like Hardy I find Gary to be a low point in the hobby, talking a good talk until it comes time to make things right. Gary was the first time I had been truely screwed in this hobby and the dealings with him made me want to sell everything and get out. While I am now over letting him ruin the hobby for me, I will, until such time as I am properly compensated, refuse to hear him praised without offering my tale of poor dealings with him as a second side to the story of Mr. Moko, and a stern warning of anyone wishing to do business with him.
Gary, if I'm lying here, I dare you to call me out!

This is a topic that has twice threatened to come out of the closet - Karl E´s lost without proof of posting £200 Beales and old cobber ppppPeeeter were the only ones who made any comments on threads on the old forum but there are more if members care to dust them off. I sent a 2kg box of cars to him in exchange for 2 repaints 18 months ago which while shown on the resto forum have never been posted to me

I have seen my Hillman on the restoration forum as well. And I did speak up at the same time Gary's postings about your box of beaters came up, as well as a thread of my own about him.
This is one of those reasons I miss our old forum, I saved all the PM's for the entire time this was going on.

Maybe we should do like the Hobbytalk forum does and give everybody the chance to give trade feedback points for successful trades with neutrals for trades that failed to work out -its usually the same people who mess up time after time. we have lost some posters since the old forum shut, we seem to be 20 regular posters instead of 35

Arghhh, This must be the post Tinman mentioned . How nice . Leave the forum for a while and look what happens .

Did Karl - e mention how it was requested by him to send the beales normal post with no or little value on it . No I didn't think so .

Did ford-a-30 mention how we traded a custom matchbox display for a box of tonka trucks as agreed , But he forgot to mention how I paid him with paypal $160 for postage as well . Not to mention the other models i bought that he still has and has kept ever since he thought there was a problem .Hope you enjoy the mint red BRM as well as others .

Mick and Chris PM me your addresses again and i'll send your restored cars at once . No doubt tracking . Shit happens you guys . Take a pill . I have lost hundreds if not thousands in undelivered cars . Why do you think i no longer have anything to do with this anymore . Send me your addresses guys . I only want to sign in once more to get your addresses and then leave you to it . :!:

I did not mention how you paid for your shipping of your items, nor did I mention how I paid the shipping of my items. I also did not mention the first transaction we had went slowly but all turned out well. The second transaction we had (which was a number of Tonka trucks, and the requested loan of my green Hillman from me in exchange for a second display, my then to be restored green Hillman and a Beales van) was the problem. If you recall the second transaction(which granted has now been 2 years and therefore you may have forgotten some of the details) I did send you not only the items you had other US sellers sending here but the Tonka trucks and the Hillman. After you received the second lot was when delays and personnal problems caused this situation. A number of times I requested only the return of my Hillman and the beales you offered as payment for the other vehicles I sent you. After a year of hearing how the display needed some finishing touches I repeatedly asked you to just send the two cars and keep the display. You displays are wonderful and very well made but all I wanted, and all I still want is my restored Hillman and the Beales you promised me so long ago as payment for the trucks I sent you. The cars that you have here, 1 holden pickup with no bikes, 2 late issue mustang fastbacks, a beat superfast ambulance with no rear door and a BP wrecker, which incorrectly was assumed to be non corporate yellow are still sitting in the closet. I do not have a red BRM, in fact I don't even have a red BRM in my own collection as I only have 1 and it is far from mint.

I very much hope this will finially get this deal completed. You are right, shit does happen. It is how we handle the shit that happens that says who we are. 2 years of shit has happened here, and now that all of this is out in a public forum, lets see who you are.

No idea if Gary has sent my cars yet................
Tracking, thats expensive from Oz - many people including me will accept a post office receipt which states the weight, date and country sent to however Gary seems to be posting at a local PO that could have a thief who recognises his packages. The only time I ever had a car stolen in 10 years and circa 500 parcels sent or received was the sole car sent from the one man sub post office close to my mother´s home - the lesson is always use a big PO which has proper security camera coverage and lots of other boxes for thieves to choose to steal
