Having had a look at the listing, I think this is probably a private relabelling of the standard model (a so-called Code 3). This is based primarily on the fact that the I do not think the decals are a particularly good fit for the advertising panels and, although the fact that they are both identical (rather than being left- and right-handed), whilst not necessarily incorrect, suggests a low-cost approach. A similar promotional model is known from Switzerland, which carries decals for a firm called 'Natural AG'.
It is interesting that two promotional versions (both for Continental firms) of the 34a have now come to light. My guess would be that both are Code 3 models.
