It needed some work and white rust was starting to set in on some bare spots. All done and waiting on decals to arrive. The only problem is I'm getting all confused between 1-75s and Kings

Decals are done and installed (I got impatient and just made some instead of waiting for an order to arrive from across the pond). I also made a box. I like it in the 43b colors (I really do ).

Great colour scheme, far more striking than original.

I agree about the colors, I also think the decals look better on this color combo rather than the old dull industrial blueish green. When I was painting the model, I wasn't 100% sure I was going to like it. When I put it together, it really came to life and won me over.tractorboy wrote:Great colour scheme, far more striking than original.
On the other hand, I really like the small scale 43 Aveling Barford tractor shovel in something besides the usual yellow and red. Although I did cheat a little on that one and painted it more of Jade then the dull industrial bluish green.
