VW Beetle 25b
Re: VW Beetle 25b
To Bert, thank you for the holiday wishes. Adjusting to a Covid forced retirement with no pension and four ex-wives. The fact that they are all ex-wives makes every day joyful
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."

A model's Time-Line is our friend, but a fakers enemy!

That has me wondering: do you happen to know if one or more sellers sold multiple examples of the BPW 25B?yellowfoden wrote:Here are some stats:
Over 20 of the 25b bpw models sold on line since 2010
More than six of the sellers have questionable ethics

I have deleted multiple images from the above post as four of them were exactly the same.

Thank you for the additional photos.chrisflandria wrote:Hope that these pictures are better ?
The photo from the bottom is heading in the right direction but is still too small and fuzzy. Clear, detailed photos of the two small axel ends are needed to see if they are factory riveted or hand done at a later time.
Thank you
Happy hunting!

We want to try and capture the actual end of the axle to see if it is a typical Lesney factory finish.
