It could well be a record although these regularly go for four figures so if not actually a record it is top end money.

When things go to these prices, they transition outside of my scope of collecting.

The colour scheme of blue and greys makes this more collectible than the normal (but still delectable!) green issues.

It's a beauty for sure. I have the 'common' green/grey version and it one of my favorite castings. But...8200 GBP is almost $15,000 CAD!
