Interesting bike. Lesney could have put it in their plastic kit set range and you could build it as intended or customize it further to suit your own preference.
As you alluded too some very fine die casting work would be needed to produce it - just the challenge for Jack and he would have done it.

A real Frankenstein monster of a bike!  Note the twin (front & rear) roll bars to keep one from being trapped and/or badly burned should the bike fall over on you. While the bike is interesting and a cool thing to analyze (and look at), it would be neither fast, nor well handling. In fact, other than being mechanical art, I see no value to this machine from a cyclist's point of view. From a purely esoteric view I find it an interesting piece of mechanical art.
