MATCHBOX POWER GRABS

Post by leonty24 »

I am in need of information on the above. I know these are current models but i
have become interested because they are being sold in two ways one is car plus box in a blister
they other way is car box but no blister as per the original matchbox concept.
The problem i am having is finding a retail outlet here in the UK who are selling them
can anyone help ?

The range has been around since at least 2017 and the 2018 range celebrated 65 years of matchbox,
also without the blister they are more enfiromently freindly.
Why retail outlets large or small are not being made aware of the fact the orginal name is very Brtish and goes back
a long way.
Mattel have treid to destroy the Matchbox name but they never will i hope.

these are just the new 2020 models and Matchbox has some models in the range now of old cases (new castings)
The header of this tread was meant for the Matchbox model released from 1988 onwards when Matchbox released models based on the very early Lesney models.
