After finishing this one, I'm all out of good wheels for this model (I have a single undamaged wheel left).

The 41c GT 40 has a base coat, the main color coat and a clear coat. The humidity has been really high here lately (lots of rain and tropical storms). Within seconds of applying the clear coat it fogged up (went translucent white). I rushed it into the oven for the baking process and it cleared up (I got lucky). Interior is a light tan, roundels on both doors and the hood. Wire wheels finish off the model and it's in a beautiful very fine metal flake finish (very close the the XKE). It's new home is in a lovely crystal clear acrylic display case.

Just a 17b that needed a tail gate, wheels and some straightening of the cargo box towards the rear. I put it in the darker green and used some plastic wheels I had that were the right size. I'm disappointed in the "outline" decals, I'm fairly sure they came from Black Square. The decals look dirty in the thumb nail pics, when you click and enlarge you can see the issue is poor alignment with the black outline. That same high humidity got my silver trim, the Silver Argent (which usually is a dead ringer for Lesney's brush trim) went as dull as my mother-in-law.
