I bought two tankers from him a while back with the offer option, he first accepted my offer but then started bitching about it (Probably thought it over and changed his mind).. Anyway he sent a static USPS tracking number but never sent them and claimed the parcel returned to him.. USPS did not recognize the tracking number and said he never delivered to them.. Got a full refund from ebay.
Before ebay clamped down on shipping, he would often use the fake tracking number routine and never mail out the item. The buyer was given the old "too bad, so sad" your item was lost in shipping excuse and Beach kept the model and your money!
Yeah...F#&k this guy he got me for $75.00 He's a THIEF...stay away from this S of beach

Ok, but what exactly is wrong with this tractor ?
This seller is bad news and had been discussed on here in numerous posts & threads especially the "Hot Tip-Offs".
Tinman had already done the honours......

Sometimes you are able to get ebay or paypal to refund. Others simply have these fakes sitting in their collection and are none the wiser (and have paid dearly for these fakes too). Never buy anything from known fakers/fraudsters/liars ... even if the item is the real deal.
