Sweet Mother of God! The ultra rare misspelled decal variation! Forget reverse color wreckers, tan cranes and red Vauxhall Victors ... this is the Holy Grail of all Matchbox!!! And the new owner stole it right out from under all of us for next to nothing!

But what about the original box?
Looks good to me with the aged brown staining off the end flap and I can smell the age of the box all the way over here in New Zealand!
Definite bargain at that price.

I am slightly suspicious of this rare yellow version - the model shown on the box doesn't have a decal or is it there are two rare yellow versions - one with and one without the decal?

Sadly I think my fire pumpers must all be fakes - they are red with denver decals
