I have always seen the Morris Minor and the Traveller version from this company as 1/43rd scale but have not actually measered the wheelbase to confirm this.

The scales varied a lot, just like their forerunners the Models of Yesteryear. 1:53 & 1:60 are not uncommon.

Many original Lledo models werre around the 1/60ish scale but the new Lledo Vangaurds were a departure from this by making the new range have more accurate looking models and be based around the international colecting scale of 1/43.

Vangaurds are now owned by Hornby-Corgi.

Ditto that..Vanguards was real scale stuff coming on board at last...When I say real scale of course I mean usable scale for 00 and 0 gauge railways.

So 1:43 would be close enough to use as a scale reference?

The scale is 4079 divided by the model's length in millimetres.
