I saw a video on YouTube of someone making a replacement plastic canopy for a Ford pickup using a silicon mold and epoxy resin. Very effective, though time consuming and expensive in materials. Definitely easier to find another Ford Group 6 to dismantle!

Yes, I went down this route a while back. Fortunately I was working full time than and could afford the supplies. The cost of all the needed supplies (before you crank out your first replacement part) is indeed expensive. Now, move along to the time and effort invested in making the part(s) and you have one really expensive replacement windscreen!
