Al, I think you'll be fine as long as you take reasonable precautions. No need to entrust your collection to the UK's feline population just yet! Hugh gave much more specific perspective on "underlying health conditions." I now realize that my previous use of that phrase was unintentionally vague. I am 41 and have been diagnosed with COPD...and I also have arthritis in both knees. Though the latter is an underlying health condition, it is irrelevant where COVID-19 is concerned.

Kevin I hope you enjoy your new role looking after all those poor moggies however In light of me not yet having a cough of any sort I have decided to amend my will and have removed the Cats Protection League as the sole beneficiary.

Ok, on the back of that job application I have sent a letter of resignation from the Cats Protection League effective from the moment I know your new will details... ;)

Ghosty.

Even as write, there's a crack team of feline ninjas on their way north from Battersea Cats Home. Will they reach Alex before his solicitors open on Monday morning? Watch to see if he's still posting next week!

Just to let you know..I am a triple threat it seems as I suffer from COPD and have a heart condition plus I am just gone 70 so I have self imposed a stay at home policy. This wont be easy as I am the chief cook and shopper and look forward to a daily shop as the exercise was doing me good..I have no idea now how long I will be stuck indoors but hope for a little drive round at night to keep me sane..No toy fairs and no trips to my favorite model shop [The Engine shed in Whitefield].No regular Wednesday night in our local and I cant even invite round a few mates for a drink....I am hoping now for some sort of cure or cessation of this diabolical business as I have only recently got my sight back after cataract surgery..Oh well maybe some of this stash will get sorted and finished....Let us all know how your areas are dealing with this situation as now we are all in it together..Good luck and keep safe good buddys......

Sorry to hear about your troubles Ian, it seems like there could be significant changes for many of us ahead. The bonus is we might get to see some of your great new code 3's and restos.
