Cracked wheels...fix or replace?

I recently discovered that my 71B has a cracked wheel. There are two cracks near the axle, a millimeter or two long? Can these be fixed, or am I in for a wheel replacement? (I tried to take pictures, but naturally, the camera wasn't cooperating.)
