The Matchbox model doesn't have a roof (which might have been added on this one by the owner). But this is the cable operated machine that Lesney modeled.

An awesome machine. With that color scheme, I wonder if it may have been in military service at some time.

I was wondering the same thing about military service because of its colour scheme, never the less an awesome beast.
