I have been staring at this image for a while this evening thinking that the 2a Dumper may have mixed painted /unpainted wheels like the one Greg showed some time back but it finally dawned on me that the trim is silver in lieu of gold.
Am I on a roll yet?

I bought this lot as part of my speculative bidding strategy ("some you win, at least 99% you lose") and was pleasantly surprised to find that it appears to be genuine. My basis for this is that i) the wear to the trim matches the wear to the rest of the model, ii) no trim has been applied over paint damage, and iii) although the trimming of the 2a Dumper is highly variable, it does match the gold trim in one minor, but important, detail which Mick's imaginary 'man in a garret' would have missed.
Just above the bumper, on the LHS (when viewed from the front), is a small rectangular panel which is sometimes, but not always, trimmed together with the bumper. This silver-trimmed model shows the same detailing. (Apologies for the quality of the silver-trimmed photograph.)
