Ken Miles’ son is setting up track layout of Le Mans and for full second 70 mm screen filled with our very own MGA.
Enjoyed film and story. Some great racing action - credible - I believe it all appeals to non motoring people as well.

Also enjoyed the film. Great racing scenes as well as domestic life in a racing household in the 60’s.
It was fun to watch for the toys and spotted the 19b MGA.
I’m a lucky guy: My wife spotted the movie trailer and suggested it for date night!
Enjoy!

I went and watched it last night and was entertained for sure. Happy to watch GT40's for 2 hours! Enjoyed trying to ID toys on the shelves in the boys bedroom! Enjoyed spotting vehicles in the background.
Anyone on the board here work in the racing/development industry around that time?
I would have like a Matchbox king size GT40, wonder why they didn't produce one.

Re: Ford v Ferrari
One of the very rare occasions that I have visited a cinema, but I did not regret it. It is a very well-made movie with much attention to detail and has been very enjoyable for me to watch, not only but also for all the cars shown in the background.
On YouTube there are some "behind the scenes" videos from the movie's production, and among them I have found this:

I do not recall seeing this scene in the movie, so I suppose it was left out from the final cut (as I would have surely not overlooked it).
This coach is a Citroën Belphegor, which is a rare sight and quite exciting to me.

Hi Christian,
Glad you enjoyed it. I do remember a scene when Ken arrived in Le Mans and a bus went by . I only remember the back of the bus and wondering if it was a city bus, tourist bus, shuttle bus carrying pit crew etc to the track. I can't recall if it showed the front of the bus. Laurie
