Interesting model choice. It's one of those typical Chrysler Corp cut and paste jobs done for export.
Basically it is a '59 Plymouth shell with a '59 De Soto front clip grafted on.

That one is bad enough for being restored.
There are plenty of good ones out there if you are willing to pay the prices.

In the picture the tires look pretty good and may only need cleaning.
