This is a difficult one. I don't like the axle ends much either, but I do have plenty of common models that look similar. If someone made this Cresta they did a pretty good job, and you have to wonder why, especially as it wasn't put up for sale as something special. I don't think it's a completely implausible variation, perhaps put together as the stock room was cleared. So where does that leave this one? Well, I think it will always be questionable because of its axles, but perhaps others will turn up.
