What do we think all these models are. Each one seems to have something out of the ordinary. Have you had a close look at the two Y15 Silver Ghost models yet.

I didn't have the ash tray, as no use to me. The painted example looks ordinary to me, but what do I know! The Y7 Mercer is a badly faded standard lilac, the Y14 Connaught is a standard 1st issue without the "pips" on the cab floor. Y14 Maxwell is standard. Y8 Sunbeam is as issue 3. Y2 Renault is issue 1. Y1 Allchin has a front wheel with part of the spru still attached. Y10 Mercedes has large plate in seat side, nothing special.

Annoyingly the 5 partially finished models all have damage to the paint that means they will never go in the cabinets although I will keep them as curiosities. The Y11 Roller is just about good enough to display. The rest will go in the next batch to Vectis for disposal unless anyone here wants them.

Congratulations Bob ! Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy !!

I don't remember seeing a Metallic Green Bugatti up close like that before but it is interesting that the dashboard appears to be light green.

Hi Bob, good to see you on facebook.

Light or pale green is a normal colour for the metallic green Bugatti. A rather strange choice but thats Lesney for you :?

Bob, I missed this lot in the US, never popped up on my radar or I would have been a strong competitor - excellent find a true gem in the YY line. I guess I will have to wait for the auction at Vectis and see if I can pick it up for $100 bucks - HA HA HA
