On my screen it looks Off White which to me is better than brilliant white and suits the model very well.

That Thames Trader artic is amazing, one of the nicest customs I have seen. The finish looks so crisp and factory-fresh, like a real Lesney creation from an alternate timeline! As johnboy says it's like a mini Spot-On, which just adds to its appeal.
