yes, it's a TIFF. I posted it like that because it doesn't compress the image so you can see all the detail (my Mac often loses sharpness in details when it converts to JPEG from Photos). It shows fine on a Mac and iPad, so perhaps it's a Windows thing with a Mac TIFF? Anyway, I'll edit the original so there's a JPEG too.

Looks like a clogged mask as there is a line of silver at the bottom of the grille.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."
