black-wheeled Commer 50a?

Advertised as being very rare because of the black wheels, this one just sold for £10.50 including postage.

but the clear picture of the base tells the true story - nicely painted, presumably for a railway.

Not actually a bad price - the model is in good condition and the grey and black paint will clean off well.
