Thank you Rainer, much better for the forum members to see the details. The larger pictures will be resized in due course.

Thanks for the information Ghosthunter. In which forum do you want to set the photos? I am very interested in what other members think about the models.

Which one of Nick's variation codes does the 33c Miura match?
Could we have a photograph of the other side of the 62c Cougar, please?

It would be nice to see the rear window of the Miura as well, it is not easy to see if it is the clear or frosted version.

Hi Idris, is like code 1 and 4 , apart from the green plastic.

Hi Rainer

welcome - and thanks for showing such interesting items. As you know, they're all very rare and exciting if real!

I don't know anything about the Mustang, so I'll leave that to the Superfast experts. I've looked at the Cougar a few times and I'm just not sure. All the cream Cougars I've seen have the patent number on the bottom, though I know that Nick's site lists it without the patent number too. I wonder if this is the remains of the patent number?

Here's the base of Matchboxkiwi's genuine Cougar

Good spot, Glenn! I'm not happy with the Cougar either. I think the paint is too thick and the wrong colour, plus I do not see the same casting imperfections as are present on my example (which I bought before this particular variation was common knowledge). The fact that the tow hook is missing is also a cause for concern, suggesting that a playworn common model has been recycled.
As regards the Miura, it is an early variation code (1 or 4), yet it has the later interior moulding. I therefore suspect a clever swap.
Finally, there's the Mustang. Not really my area of expertise but, like Ghosty, I'm surprised not to see narrow wheels on the model. However, like Glenn, I'll defer to the SF experts on this one.
