Yes, Mick found a 13d in normal colours. However, inspection of the play damage to the paintwork of the rear section revealed it to be an overpainted yellow casting - presumably a left-over from the abortive reverse colour scheme.
Lesney did not like wastage of any sort, and we have seen multiple instances of painted castings being repainted in order that they could be used and sold rather than scrapped.

I may be wrong but if this were genuine would we expect to see traces of green under the yellow paint?

The green is on the paper label. Look closer and you will see where the labels have damage and clearly show yellow paint underneath (including damage on that errant strip of green.

Just to sum up what others have mentioned:
Booms are over filed and should have a triangular reinforcement at the very base.
Wheels do not have LESNEY embossed in the plastic.
Wrong (later) ejector ring
Should have decals and not paper labels.
Rivets and axles are tampered with.
